After you reach out through the Contact page, we will coordinate a meeting at your convenience to go over the details of your journey as a couple, the exciting proposal, and the vision you hold for your special day.
Creating the Game Plan
Once we become besties, you’ll receive an email with all your package details and a quote for the services requested. When the contract is complete and the booking deposit sent, we’re ready to get started (yay!) I'll be here to help with everything you require: ideas, schedule tips, recommendations, and more. Two weeks before your wedding day, we'll arrange a call to review your final schedule, shot lists, and anything else to make sure the day goes well, allowing you to concentrate on your big day!

From the getting ready moments up to your carefully planned grand exit - I strive to act as your personal hype girl rather than a vendor to give you the best experience possible on your wedding day. And after the wedding, you’ll receive hundreds of videos and photos the next day that you will have for your whole life to enjoy and share with your friends and your family!

Sometimes a girl just needs a little help! Assistant coordinator add-on is required for weddings of over 120 people to assist Claire in wedding day setup, coordinaton, and tear-down. Bonus, Claire's husband can move all the heavy things for you!

FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! I love to travel, so no hidden travel fees. The only cost to you is hotel & flight/gas outside of Montana, Utah & Arizona, in addition to the service being provided. This price is discussed prior to booking based on costs and will be kept as reasonable as possible.

Why should I hire a content creator over/in addition to a photo & video team?

You will receive your photos & videos the day after your wedding within 24hours. A link to your Pixieset & or Google folder will be sent to you, or I can airdrop all your content to your phone night of.
How far in advance should I be booking my coordinator/planner?
At least one year in advance is reccomended for booking your planner so we can get you started looking at venues & photographers!
For a coordinator, 12-6 months in advance to lock down your date.
